We’re currently hiring Entry-Level Canvassers who are hungry to grow, love talking to people, and want to be part of something bigger than themselves. This role is perfect for outgoing individuals who want to start their journey in the trades, learn real skills, and have the potential to grow into full Sales Consultant roles.
Duties
- Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods to promote our services
- Talk to homeowners with confidence and positive energy
- Share what we do, answer basic questions, and gather homeowner info
- Log lead details and work with our Sales Team to follow up
- Help build local visibility and company awareness
- Be part of a fun, driven team that celebrates wins and grows together
Requirements
- Can walk neighborhoods for 4+ hours
- Strong communicator with natural people skills
- Bilingual speakers encouraged — we serve a diverse community
- Individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous sales, canvassing, or customer service experience is a plus — but not required
- Reliable transportation to/from Rockford, MN
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
