Join the Monticello Chamber of Commerce & Industry for our December Chamber Lunch as we welcome Monticello School District Superintendent Chris Swenson to highlight the important programs and resources available to support students and families throughout our community.
Education goes beyond the classroom! Learn how Monticello Schools is helping students overcome challenges, meet basic needs, and build a foundation for success through initiatives such as the Magic Closet, Backpack Programs, Bounce Back Liaison, and school counseling services.
Magic Closet: How the district helps provide clothing, personal care items, and everyday essentials to students in need.
Backpack Programs: How students and families experiencing food insecurity receive additional support.
Student Mental Health & Wellness: The role of school counselors and the Bounce Back Liaison in supporting students' emotional and social well-being.
Community Impact: How these programs help remove barriers to learning and create opportunities for student success.
Community Partnerships: How local businesses and community members can help support students and families.
