CLEARWATER, MINNESOTANovember 15, 2024 – Franklin Outdoor Advertising, a third-generation, family-owned billboard company based in Clearwater, Minnesota, announced today the acquisition of billboard assets from Houck Outdoor, headquartered in Shoreview, Minnesota.

The acquisition includes 38 static (traditional) bulletins strategically located along the I-94 corridor, spanning Clearwater to Rogers, Minnesota, and the I-90 corridor near Fairmont, Minnesota. This acquisition enhances Franklin Outdoor Advertising’s existing portfolio, bringing its total to 943 faces across 28 counties in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin, making it the largest Minnesota-based billboard company.

Dan Franklin, President of Franklin Outdoor Advertising, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition:
