The Monticello Department of Motor Vehicles Services offers:
Vehicle Registrations, Title Transfers & Duplicate Titles, Hunting & Fishing Licenses, Trailer Registrations, Recreational Vehicle Registrations, Specialty Plates, Driver's License Address Changes, Driver's License Replacements and Notary.
