Part-Time Maintenance Tech

Seeking a part-time maintenance professional for the upkeep of the property and grounds including, but not limited to, completing work orders, preparing vacant units for occupancy and performing preventative maintenance as scheduled. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable in all aspects of apartment and building maintenance and repairs including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, etc. Average hours of 12-18 a week.
