As an Employment Specialist, you will deliver full spectrum community-based employment support services, build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and employers. Ensure all required program documentation is completed. This position focuses on employment readiness, skill development, job placement, and long-term support to promote independence, inclusion, and success in the workplace. Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree Preferred
- 1-3 years of job-related experience

- Must have a valid MN Driver’s License: must obtain and maintain designated coordinator qualifications; Background Study, OIG and MVR clearance, CPR/First Aid Certificate; must be at least 18 years old.
