We need a Business Development and Marketing Specialist. The job duties are as follows:
Coordinate marketing efforts with AEI owners, trade partners, and fellow employees.
Oversee marketing plans.
Communicate the marketing plan with account managers.
Develop promotions as needed for events.
Identify the company’s potential customers and new markets.
Evaluate company performance and identify areas for improvement.
Talking to existing and past customers about projects, find out what went right and what
went wrong and make suggestions on how to improve.
Expand the company's customer base through prospecting and outreach.
Foster long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate with AEI leadership to determine the goals of advertising projects and
strategizing plans to meet those goals.
Review the advertising budget to manage expenses and maximize the return on
investment.
Lead brainstorming sessions with team members to cultivate ideas for new advertising
campaign concepts, including content and design elements.
Work with ownership and design team on website updates and changes.
Work with ownership and advertising partners on blogs, newsletters and other
publishing’s.
Publish social media posts, FB, X, Instagram, etc.
Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
