HealthSource of Buffalo and Saddha Yoga are hosting a Sip & Savasana on Friday, February 23rd, 6:00 pm at Saddha Yoga, 205 5th St. NE #2, Buffalo, MN.! This evening will teach you the benefits and importance of movement, include a yoga class taught by Wendy from Saddha, optional movement screenings, and a free glass of wine. Space is limited to 25 people. Class is $15 per person. All proceeds benefit the Crisis Nursery of Wright County.
