Description
Do you have concerns about FALLING? Many older adults experience conerns about falling and restrict their activities. A MATTER OF BALANCE is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. Monticello Senior Center will be hosting classes beginning April 18th. The sessions will meet on Wednesdays from 1:00 - 3:00 P.M. for eight consecutive weeks. The cost is $15.00 which includes a workbook and refreshments.
