Description
Bertram Chain of Lakes Spring Clean Up Day
The Friends of Bertram will host their Annual Spring Cleanup on Saturday, April 22nd, Earth Day. Early Bird cleanup will begin at 9 AM. Meet at the NEW Bertram Lake Chalet. Cleanup along the roadside on County Rd 39 and along Briarwood Avenue. Get a tour of the new chalet and enjoy water/coffee/treats. Gloves and bags provided. Please wear long pants and boots or tennis shoes.
A later cleanup will begin at 1 PM. Meet at the YMCA Camp Manitou parking lot. Cleanup will be clearing brush in the future “edible forest” of the natural playground area. Cleaning for about 2 hours and then it will be playtime on the climbing wall at the YMCA and other fun activities. Bring your friends, neighbors and kids and enjoy the afternoon!
