Fees & Admission: Art in the Park Vendor Show

Booth Costs & Sizes

• Early Bird Discount: Save $20 on booth space by submitting applications postmarked no later than Friday, February 14, 2025.
• Standard Booth Sizes:
  • 10' x 12' Booth: $125 ($100 with Early Bird Discount)
  • 12' x 20' Double Booth: $250 ($200 with Early Bird Discount)

Important Dates

• Application Deadline: All applications must be postmarked by July 1, 2025, to be considered for acceptance. Applications postmarked after this date will incur a $40 late fee.
• Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellations made by Friday, June 13, 2025. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable.
• Final Deadline: No applications will be accepted after July 7, 2025—NO EXCEPTIONS.

Vendor Requirements

• Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and tents.
• New in 2025: Tents must be weighted (no stakes allowed).
• Driving in the park is strictly prohibited.
• Electricity and generators are not available.
