Description
🎃 Get ready for a spooktacular evening in Downtown Monticello! The Monticello Chamber and Monticello Parks, Arts, and Recreation are thrilled to invite you to our Trick or Treat event—an evening of fun, frights, and plenty of sweet treats!
Start your adventure at the Liberty Bank Minnesota booth to snag your complimentary trick-or-treat bag—supplies are limited, so be sure to arrive early to claim yours!
Then, enjoy Trick or Treating along Walnut Street and West Broadway, where participating businesses will be ready to fill your bags with goodies. Just look for the orange pumpkin in their windows or doors—that's your signal to stop in for a treat!
If your business doesn’t have a downtown storefront or if you’d prefer not to interrupt your regular hours, you can set up in West Bridge Park. All participating businesses and organizations will be responsible for their own displays and handouts, and we’re expecting a crowd of about 2,000 participants!
For added safety, the Wright County Sheriff’s Department will be patrolling the area, and we kindly ask everyone to respect our crossing guards as they help keep the evening safe for all.
Businesses: Participation is free, but registration is required by October 18, 2024. Downtown businesses will receive an orange pumpkin poster to display, signaling to Trick-or-Treaters that you're part of the fun. If you don't have a storefront downtown or prefer not to participate during your regular hours, you can request a spot in West Bridge Park. Be prepared for a busy night, as we’re expecting over 2,000 little ghouls and goblins!
Ready to join the fun? Register by contacting the Chamber office at 763-295-2700 or emailing info@monticellocci.com. You can also sign up online at www.monticellocci.com by clicking on the event link.
How do kids know you’re a stop? An orange pumpkin poster will be delivered to your business, or you can pick one up at the Chamber office. Display it in a visible spot so Trick-or-Treaters know to stop by for some Halloween fun!
How many treats should you have? Plan for at least 2,000 eager Trick-or-Treaters. Every year, more and more kids join in on the fun, so make sure you’re stocked up!
We’re spreading the word far and wide through our website, Facebook, Instagram, Chamber newsletter, and orange pumpkin posters in participating businesses.
