Each heat features two teams racing head-to-head\, with the winning team advancing to the next round. The last team standing is crowned the champion!\n\nTeam & Race Format:\n\n\n Each team consists of four participants.\n Two teams will race in each heat\, with the winning team advancing to the next round.\n The race takes place on a designated obstacle course\, which must be completed before passing the baton to the next teammate.\n The tournament follows a single-elimination format\, or double-elimination if time allows.\n\n\nRace Rules:\n\n\n Starting the Race:\n\n \n The first racer from each team will start at the designated starting line.\n When the race begins\, they must navigate the obstacle course before passing the baton to the next teammate.\n \n \n Obstacle Course Navigation:\n \n Participants must complete each obstacle as intended before moving to the next.\n Obstacles may include:\n \n Tire run stepping through marked circles or low hurdles.\n Tunnel crawl crawling under a low clearance.\n Balance beam walking across a narrow surface.\n Hurdles jumping over or maneuvering around obstacles.\n Spin zone spinning in place a set number of times before continuing.\n \n \n If a racer skips an obstacle\, they must go back and complete it before advancing.\n \n \n Baton Exchange:\n \n The relay baton (or designated prop) must be handed off within the marked exchange zone.\n The next racer cannot leave the exchange zone until they have received the baton.\n \n \n Costume Requirements:\n \n Costumes must remain fully inflated throughout the race.\n If a costume deflates\, the participant must pause and re-inflate it before continuing.\n \n \n Course Conduct:\n \n No pushing\, tripping\, or intentionally obstructing other racers.\n Participants must stay within the designated course boundaries at all times.\n If a racer falls\, they may get up and continue\, but they cannot receive outside assistance.\n \n \n Winning the Race & Advancing:\n \n The first team to have all four members complete the course and cross the finish line wins the heat.\n Winning teams advance to the next round until the final race determines the champion.\n \n \n Disqualifications:\n \n Teams may be disqualified for:\n \n Unsportsmanlike conduct.\n Skipping obstacles without completing them.\n Improper baton exchanges.\n Failure to keep costumes inflated.
