CPR\, AEDs & Emergency Response \nDescription:\nHeart Strong Monticello is a non profit organization dedicated to increasing the number of bystanders who will administer Hands-Only CPR and use an available AED on a Sudden Cardiac Arrest victim in the critical minutes prior to the arrival of Emergency Medical Services. Our missions are to raise awareness of Sudden Cardiac Arrest and increase the accessibility of AEDs throughout our community. Sudden Cardiac Arrest is a national public health crisis that affects 1\,000 people a day and strikes all ages.\nDuring the Lunch Hour Learning session\, participants will learn to recognize the signs of stroke\, heart attack\, and sudden cardiac arrest and the actions necessary to help victims exhibiting these symptoms. Those attending will have the opportunity to practice CPR and learn how to use an AED.\nPresented by Founders of HeartStrong Monticello\, Jim and Teri Johnson🥪 Lunch Hour Learning Bring Your Lunch & Leave With New Ideas! Make the most of your lunch break! These smaller\, peer-led sessions take a deeper dive into topics that matter to you and your business from helpful tools and workplace tips to professional development and fresh ideas you can actually put to use.
