The seminar is open to the public. After the seminar teams that are registered for the tournament will be paired with NAIFC Pro Staff in small groups. These group tutorials will include specific techniques on how to catch fish during a tournament. The groups will be invited to pre-fish on Pelican Lake at 8:00am Saturday morning\, where the NAIFC Pro Staff will demonstrating there fishing techniques uses to compete in tournaments. The goal is for the groups to be on the fast track to becoming skilled anglers\, eventually becoming teachers to their friends and fishers in the local community. Special Guest Ron Schara and his dog Raven will also be at the event compliments of West Metro Buick GMC. Cash bar and Dinner available (Cost $8/person)\n\n Saturday Morning Kids Ice Camp (Monticello Middle School Auditorium)\n\n In class tutorial 10:00am-10:30am\n\n On Ice fishing (Pelican Lake) 10:30am- Noon\n\n NAIFC Pro Staff will promote fishing education through demonstration in classroom tutorials. This is an outdoor event\, please dress for the weather. This is an excellent opportunity to introduce a new way for kids to enjoy what the outdoors has to offer. Each youth will be given sponsors products and promotional items for their future ice fishing adventures.
