Through this grant\, education and loan programs are available for manufacturing\, service\, retail\, child care and value-added agriculture.  Loan funds may be used for the following: Start-up expenses\, Equipment\, Inventory\, Furnishings and fixtures\, Working capital\, Real estate\, Loan Terms.  Staff from SBDC from St. Cloud will also be on hand to answer questions and add additional information/resources to the presentation. \n\n	**Note:  For 25 Years\, the Southwest Initiative Foundation has been impacting communities\, businesses\, organizations and families in Southwest Minnesota.  (The Micro-Enterprise Program has extended their territory to include Monticello).
