Ring in the Holiday Cheer!!  Free Community Event - fun for the entire family (horse & buggy rides, photos with Santa, kids fishing booth, cookie decorating, hot chocolate, sliding hill, skating rink, Christmas music, roasting marshmallows & more.)  The Monticello Lions light up the trees in West Bridge Park.  Small parade down River Street with Santa arriving at the park in a horse drawn carriage.
